Future Room Blocking & Guest Holds
Hold a room for a guest before creating a reservation. This upcoming feature will allow properties to block a room for a selected future date or date range, making it easier to manage pending bookings and plan room availability.

Business problem
Properties sometimes need to hold a room while waiting for a guest to confirm their booking. Currently, Fenuva PMS does not support blocking a room for future dates without creating a reservation. This makes it difficult for staff to track temporary holds and avoid assigning the same room to another guest.
Proposed outcome
Properties will be able to select a room and block it for a future date or date range before creating a reservation. Room blocks will be clearly visible in the reservation calendar, helping staff identify rooms being held for guests and coordinate availability.
